Open Gym is a time to come in, play/train and go at your own pace. 
Open Gym hours may vary but below is our typical schedule.

on a specific day you may be interested in:


Tuesday: 7-9pm

Thursday: 7-9pm

Friday: 5-9pm
Saturday: 11am-6pm
Sunday: 2-6pm
 

Daytime hours are available for groups Tuesday-Friday.
